My overarching objectives are twofold: 1) drive organic growth among our franchisee partners and offices and 2) continue to build the Renue brand. In so doing, my primary responsibilities include marketing, business development, customer relations, franchisee support and franchisee sales/resales. More specifically, I focus on deepening our relationships with our largest customers, developing new customers, identifying new revenue opportunities, working with our franchisees one-on-one to grow their businesses and increasing the support provided by our home office. I also work on growing our footprint geographically by opening new offices domestically and internationally. One of my proudest accomplishments since joining Renue in early 2010 has been building a strong team and creating a healthy and productive culture, across all of Renue.
Although a native of Chicago, when not in an American Airlines airplane, I live in New York City with my wife Marnie and sons Andy and Jonah. While some may consider it child abuse, my biggest accomplishment of fatherhood is raising my kids to be Chicago sports fans.

I started with the company in 1991 (as our first and only employee). My current responsibilities include running Renue Systems of Chicago, providing support for our offices regarding services, equipment, chemicals and marketing, conducting R&D of chemicals and equipment, developing new service concepts and assisting with customer relations.
Born and raised in Massachusetts, I moved to Illinois in 1988 where I live with my wife Kimberly and two daughters Skylar and Melrose. My pastimes include padding my golf handicap, playing softball, cooking and giving everyone at the home office a hard time. I am a fan of all Chicago and New England professional sports teams.

I have been with Renue Systems since 2003. I have my hands in a variety of areas: franchisee equipment and chemical orders, data entry, customer service, bookkeeping, and most other things that arise. I also assist with accounting and legal aspects regarding customer and franchisee contracts and filings and with special projects.
I am married to Andrew. We have a daughter named Maci Rae who is the love of my life along with 3 giant dogs. I have lived in Illinois my whole life but enjoy our yearly vacations to Aruba while waiting for our Ireland franchise to open so I can visit there on the company dime.

I have been with Renue Systems since 2016. I am a part-time Administrative Office Assistant. My work includes data entry, customer service, accounts payable, and special projects as they arise.
I am married to Mary and we currently have a senior dog named Dru. I have lived in the Chicago area my entire life. I am an AKC breeder / Judge of Boston Terriers.
